Since 2004 active in materials testing and quality management: metallography, destructive/non-destructive testing, test planning, and ISO 9001 systems (implementation, maintenance, internal/external audits, complaints handling, continuous improvement).

Since 2014 he has led sales and technical responsibilities (with Prokura): customer care and project scoping, costing/quotations, technical alignment with engineering, design and production, and delivery of spare-part and special projects for thermal process equipment.
